Excellent customer service. Lori was knowledgable but not aggressive or pushy. Listened to our needs and found cars that met our description but were within our price range. I wandered in the dealer because I saw particular car online. I was then greeted by Joe who happened to be standing by the door. Out of all the sales people that were standing around, he was the only one online. I was then greeted by Joe who happened to be standing by the door. Joe haves great service right from the start. We test drove the vehicle that same night. After a few bumps here and there the dealership was able to find an institution that was willing to give me the loan. Although the APR is through the roof i was ok because we were able to stay with in the planned monthly expenses. (I plan to refinance as soon as I can.) More

She was very informative and truly tried to help me make my purchase the best way I could. She pushed my request to the top of the list so I could use my new car to go on a weekend trip I had planned. She showed me any and all concerns with the quality of the vehicle and showed me all the options and how my eventual vehicle compared with a couple others on the lot that were significantly more. With every comparison she showed me what a value I was getting with my new car. As I told Lori, my experience with Roush Honda and more specifically, Lori Strohofer have made me a Roush Honda believer and supporter.
