The next day, we viewed the - like new - Certified 2011 Honda CR-V 4WD EX, drove it six miles, and returned to tell Dave "we'll take it." On day three, we bought the CR-V; the Roush Business Office (Sean) cruised us through required paperwork; Dave oriented us to all the vehicle operating features; and we drove the still-new-smelling EX home. Buying a used vehicle of one's desires doesn't get any better than this experience. Ken (and Carol) P.S. Excellent customer service. Lori was knowledgable but not aggressive or pushy. Listened to our needs and found cars that met our description but were within our price range. I wandered in the dealer because I saw particular car online. I was then greeted by Joe who happened to be standing by the door. Out of all the sales people that were standing around, he was the only one online. I was then greeted by Joe who happened to be standing by the door. Out of all the sales people that were standing around, he was the only one that welcomed me and my friend. (I was pleased with him and not the other sales associates.) Joe haves great service right from the start. We test drove the vehicle that same night. After a few bumps here and there the dealership was able to find an institution that was willing to give me the loan. Although the APR is through the roof i was ok because we were able to stay with in the planned monthly expenses. (I plan to refinance as soon as I can.) More
