I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Roush this week. I released a Honda Accord in 2005 and that was my first experience getting a new car. I was really reluctant to go to a new car dealer as I didn't want released a Honda Accord in 2005 and that was my first experience getting a new car. I was really reluctant to go to a new car dealer as I didn't want to deal with a pushy sales person. The lady we worked with was awesome and not at all pushy. She helped me get the car I wanted and actually talked me out of a higher priced EX as the features that were on it, were not something that I would use. When I went back in 2010, I leased a CRV from Casey and he was equally friendly and honest. I was relieved to get the same customer service that I got in 2005. During the last 3 years, I get this same service from everyone that works there, whether it be the secretary, the cashier, or the service department. I've recommended them to friends and family, and those that have not bought their Honda's from Roush, go there for their service appointments. Roush treats them great and they swear they will get their next car from Roush. Casey has since been promoted (congrats) and this time we were taken care of by Josh. Josh is somewhat new to Roush but I can see why they hired him. He has the same friendliness that you expect at Roush. Anytime he didn't have an answer, he went and got one for us. Thanks for the great service! We are really enjoying our 2013 Odyssey and are looking forward to taking family trips. More

I had a pleasant experience at Roush Honda. My salesman, Bill Seibert, was professional, courteous, and humorous. I appreciated his humor and knowledge of the product. I had zero experience buying cars from dealerships before my trip to Roush Honda. My auto purchase started with just a phone call at lunch one day. I got Lori on the phone, and let her know up front that I had problematic credit, and wasn't sure I could secure financing. Lori gave me generalized examples of people in my situation who she was able to help, so I decided to come in to look around. There was zero pressure. I knew I wanted a smaller, fuel-efficient car, but wasn't sure how small I could go (I'm a big guy). No problem! I was walked through and offered to sit in and test drive as many cars as I wanted, and there was no pressure whatsoever. The only car Lori wanted me to have was the one that I felt was right for me and that fell within my budgetary constraints. I'm ecstatic with the vehicle I drove away with, and every compliment I've received on my new Honda is met with a resounding endorsement of Rausch Honda. I don't care if I move across the country, I'll come back to Roush for my next Honda for sure. More
