I was very satisfied with their level of service and their ability to come to an agreement on price with little hassle. They were also very accommodating with my requirements for my purchase. They also offered me exactly Kelly Blue Book for my trade in and in my estimation that was quite generous on their part. I have been a satisfied customer for several years to this point and I am still very happy with them. I HIGHLY recommend them for working on your Honda and or purchasing a new car. More

Within 10-15 minutes of submitting information I was called by a representative of your company. He said his name was Tony and he was calling from your Internet Marketing Department. He asked exactly what I was interested in, gave me information on trim levels and features, colors, pricing, information regarding 2 and 4 wheel drive, gas mileage, the feature that tells you when you need your oil changed or when your tire pressure is low (which I definitely need), the 100,000 mile protection plan and roadside assistance. What I liked about this call was the promptness of it. I am very busy (and requested to be emailed regarding further contacts) and was able to get a lot of information in a short time period. If this call is any indication of how your business runs, I will definitely make it a point to stop by to test drive a CRV. More

I've dealt with Richie Phillips and his team at Roush twice now. I bought my first Accord through him, and it couldn't have gone smoother. I recently traded in my car for another Honda, and the first person I thought to contact was Richie and his team at Roush. I've dealt with almost every Honda dealership in Columbus for one reason or another, but Roush is by far the best. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to get you taken care of. I appreciate everything they have done for me up until this point, and will continue to give them 100% of my business, as well as refer any family and friends to them. More
Roush Honda is an incredible dealership. When I first entered the dealership I was immediately impressed. They are so professional. Even though the service was superb, unfortunately I did not make the purchase on my first visit because the price was not a good match. It was not until I had the opportunity to visit other Honda dealership in the area that I immmediately saw the quality in Roush Honda and how they cared for their customers. Gary's concern as a sales rep was so evident that he would call me to just to make sure I was ok. He mastered the art of taking his eyes off of himself and placing them on others. So to make a long story short. I eventually purchase the car from Roush Honda not because of the car but because Gary and the way he took care of me. Thank you again Roush Honda for hiring such quality people. More
While making the decision between Pilot or Odyssey, Bill was extremely helpful and patient. He is very knowledgeable about all of the features and pluses/minuses of all of the cars he sells. He encouraged me drive different cars multiple times, and when I wanted to leave to think things over, he never pressured me or made me rush into deciding. He patiently spent lots of time with me on multiple visits to the dealership. He is always up-front and honest about all financial aspects of buying a car, and I felt comfortable and informed about all costs at all times throughout the buying process. Roush has a very low-pressure, relaxed environment that allows their salesman to do their jobs and their customers to have a positive buying experience. More

Recently purchased a new CR-V. We wanted to take our time and make sure the car was right for us, and our salesperson was very patient. He did not push us to make a quick decision. Our only complaint which was very minor is that we wanted to pay for an accessory with our down payment instead of financing the cost in the loan but somehow this did not get communicated to the delivery department. However, it made only a slight difference in the amount of the payment so we went with it instead of having them do it over. A very small slip in what otherwise was a quality experience. More
