Mike Dunlap in the finance department was excellent as well, explaining all the nuts and bolts of my loan. They made what started out as an unhappy situation (the engine dying on my previous car) to making me a happy customer with a new car that I love. I've had less-than-stellar experiences at other dealerships, but I will gladly return here for another used or new car when the time comes. More
