Good for sales but horrible for service This is the third poor experience with service at Roush Honda. I wouldn't have gone back there this time but it was for the airbag recall. They are partnering with Hertz for loaner cars for the cars recalled & unsafe to drive due to faulty airbag. They car they supplied us with was filthy inside (severely stained seats, grime covered steering wheel, etc) and after we got it home discovered it had two bald tires! Called Roush & was informed I needed to deal with Hertz, called Hertz and it goes to voice mail. Waited 2 hours and same thing happened. Called several more times that day with no answer! Went back to calling Roush, asked for Service Manager & as routed to voicemail. Used to prompt provided to transfer out & it hung up! Again this occurred twice. Called directly to service department and asks for Mgr, put on hold & they the call hung up! What! Finally got ahold of Zack in service & he took the initiative to go to another level at Hertz of me. Hoping to resolve today. No more service at Roush. More

Excellent customer service My daughter's civic died on the way to work and my husband and I went to wait with her for the tow truck. We had it towed to Rousch and while leaving the site we ran over something and lost air in our tire. After checking her car in, my husband asked the service guy about help with our tire and was told nothing could be done. While we were trying to pump the tire up ourselves with an air compressor, Norm Nolder came over and asked if he could help us. He took the vehicle to the back and tried to put air in the tire, but it wouldn't hold. He then took it and got it next in line to see if it could be plugged. They were able to plug the tire and we were on our way. Thanks so much Norm!! You made a difficult situation so much better. We greatly appreciated your help! You are an asset to the company and you truly understand what customer service is!! Thanks again Norm! More
service I recently had my 2007 Accord in for routine service and safety inspection. The only thing they mentioned was a noisy tire which would get better with driving---it only got worse. I took it t s local garage to find out it needed new Struts and an alignment. It s great now--why didn't dealer find this ??? I really liked this dealer for 3 or 4 years but lately it is change the oil and send me on my way. More
Poor Service I was having issues with my Honda Fit 2008 running smoothly. Whenever I would drive it would stutter and at traffic lights and when I would be stopped I was having issues with my Honda Fit 2008 running smoothly. Whenever I would drive it would stutter and at traffic lights and when I would be stopped in traffic it would often stall completely and I would have to shut off my car and restart it. I had taken it there 6 months earlier for a similar problem in which they replaced ignition coils #1 and #4. Since the parts were still under warranty they told me to bring it back to see if the parts were still the problem. I dropped my Honda off on a Monday evening for their drop in service since it was unsafe for my car to be stalling in the middle of intersections. They said they would call me to let me know when they were able to get it in. I got my first call Wednesday evening reporting that their technicians were unable to get it to repeat then issue and asking if they could have another day to drive the car to see if they could get it to repeat the problem. I got this same call on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday I did not get a call and Sunday they were closed. My husband and I had been sharing a car and we needed my car by Monday because I was starting a new job. I called and they asked if they could test drive it again but I told them we just needed the car so they got it ready. Anyway my husband got in the car and by the first traffic light he got to on Shrock rd my car was displaying the problem. My guess is that they couldn't have even have sat in my car or they are just idiots. Anyway, my husband who has no background in car repairs googled the issues and watched a few YouTube videos. Picked up some coils at AutoZone for $80 and fixed my car in a matter of hours. Either get some new technicians or stop lying to customers that you are actually working on their cars and just tell them you are backed up and haven't gotten to it yet. We won't be back. The only positive thing is that they didn't charge us for the "work" that they did on my car. More
Sometimes the Good One's Fall Short Normally great, this time they were exceptionally bad. Dealer sent me a 20% off coupon. Coupon said, "Service, including parts and labor." I had a bra Normally great, this time they were exceptionally bad. Dealer sent me a 20% off coupon. Coupon said, "Service, including parts and labor." I had a brake problem and an A/C problem. Service Manager gave me an estimate and I informed him of my coupon. I was told, "This coupon did not include maintenance and I could not use it!" I asked, "What's the difference?!" Honestly, I thought I was being Punked or Phone Tapped. I asked him to have the manager approve the 20% off of service. The manager said, "This is repair, not service so I will give you 10% off." I ended getting only my brakes done and using a 15% off coupon that specifically said, "Brake repair." Morale is, be clear that Roush's Service Department could be the Maintenance Dept. or Repair Dept. depending on the way they do not want to honor their coupons. I am a loyal Honda guy...3rd CRV in 13 years with over 200,000 miles. More

George, thank you so much for lobbying on my behalf my concern, a real stand up guy with a welcoming smile and cheerful demeanor even when he had to tell me the bad news, but with his help and that of the service manager, Josh, I was very much relieved and satisfied with the outcome.
