I am disappointed in the service. I am disappointed in the service. I have purchased several vehicles from them in the last few years. The price used to be the best around, however I guess business has the service. I have purchased several vehicles from them in the last few years. The price used to be the best around, however I guess business has pickup again and they are not interested in the loyal customers that helped them by staying with them when things were really bad. As for service, nothing seems to be fixed on the first trip, I have had to return several vehicles a second or third time recently to have them repaired properly. I don;t ask for price breaks, special deals etc, just fix it and that is not being done. I am looking for a different dealer to do business with now. I love jeeps and have always had at least one in the driveway for the past 45 years. I switched to Dodge trucks when they first started with the cummins, I need to find a new dealer. Maybe old man Greenfield just doesn't care any more. Time to find a new place to do business. More

I've been to Greenfield Dodge a number of times and yesterday got my 2002 Neon in and out for an oil change in under an hour! These guys are scam artist and liars. 10 years my company has been using them to service our vehicles they continuously overcharge us. After 2 years I thought well that's the service dept maybe purchasing is different so attempted to buy a truck listed on the web for 10,999. When I got there the vehicle had a managers special sign for 13,999. Took it out for a test drive and it nearly vibrated of the road. The rotors and breaks were bad. We negotiated a 10,500 price with rotors and breaks repaired and I'll buy. Came back later the purchase price total with fees 11,802.00. When I asked for a clarity on charges sales guy could not give me a justifiable answer for 500.00 Dealer fee. They tell me to come back tomorrow its late the title clerk is gone for the day. Next day over the phone he says the price is going to be 12024.00. We banter back and forth and he gives me a final price of 12224.00. These guys are not to be trusted and there word is crap. People they are not to big to fail. More

Dick greenfield dodge sucks. Save yourself the aggravation and money because that's all they want. They don't know how to treat customers and they don't know how to fix a problem. Brought our Dodge Sprinter in for service, the vehicle would not start, the lights all came on the dash, but not starting. The service person told us a new key had to be made and programed, also they wa would not start, the lights all came on the dash, but not starting. We figured well nothings wrong with the glow plugs so I got a price and said ok. We called 2 days later because we needed the vehicle and were told they stripped the glow plugs taking them out and would be charging us $300+ to put in helicoils! after a bill of $1,800 plus dollars, we picked up the van drove it 25 miles and it wouldn't start again! We jumped it and returned it to the dealer who called us a day later and told us the Alternator, Control module and Voltage regulator needed replacing $1,375.00 more! And the key we paid $300+ for didn't work when we picked up the van because they needed to replace the Control Module! None of which was diagnosed when we originally brought in the vehicle. I will never deal with this dealership again. More

Couldn't diagnose a simple brake problem (even after my husband suggested that he thought it the brakes). Instead, they pushed a $1,000 repair to the hubs. I brought my car in to have a tire repaired, and while I waited one of the people who worked there was nice enough to let me print out something that I needed for a class I was taking. I have been a customer for more than 25 years, and buy a new Caravan every3 years. As a woman shopping alone, I have never felt talked down to, taken advantage of or uncomfortable. Both the salesman (Vince) and the service manager (Mark) always are available to answer my questions and concerns and never pressure me into a decision or leave a doubt in my mind that I am being dealt with honestly and fairly. The 24 hour service also is very convenient for someone who works. I highly recommend the dealership and will continue to purchase cars there and have them serviced there as well. More
