Very knowledgeable in the leasing of vehicles. Highly recommend him for "salesperson of the month"! Well deserved! Jeremy was very good, also! Understanding my financial needs and to keep me within my price range that I requested. He clearly wanted to sell a car that day! Very happy with the staff, everyone was very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this dealership! P. S. The coffee station needs to be upgraded. Maybe offer soda and/or juice for the kids! GREAT TEN YEARS LATER I had purchased a used Honda in 2008 from HONDAY BARN, now called HONDA GALLERY in Reading MA. I still remember the great customer service I received I had purchased a used Honda in 2008 from HONDAY BARN, now called HONDA GALLERY in Reading MA. I still remember the great customer service I received from their staff. The car gave me more than my monies' worth. I just got sick of driving it so I thought I'd go to HONDA GALLERY to purchase another used Honda.. I was graciously greeted by the young lady at reception desk. Another gentlemen found me a "salesman". My sales representative goes by the name "S T". He was very attentive to what I was looking for in a car. While "S T" researched vehicles he showed me to the snack area where customers could enjoy coffee, hot dogs and popcorn. Such a treat! while waiting. We finalized my selection. Of note is that processing all the documents was a pleasure with their finance man. "S T" accompanied me to the service department and I met one of the service managers. It was a truly pleasant experience buying a car at HONDA GALLERY. More

He was I was a bit nervous starting the search for a certified pre-owned CR-V, but Gabe Saad at Honda Gallery put me at ease right away. He's a gem! He was very friendly and courteous and really inspired a great deal of confidence in me. He understood what I wanted and helped me find a car I'm very happy with. On my first visit he showed me a very nice model that we took for a test drive, and I put a deposit on it so I could think about overnight. There was a little rattle so the sales manager and service manager came out to meet me, took it for a drive, diagnosed the noise assured me it was a minor issue that would definitely be taken care of. While it had many of the features I was interested in, it wasn't quite the vehicle I was hoping for. Gabe was very understanding when I called the next day to let him know, and we said we would keep looking at other cars that would become available. When I went back a few days later, Don McEwen remembered me from my earlier visit, came out to say hello and thanked me for continuing to shop with them. That spoke to me of the high level of customer service that I had already experienced in dealing with Gabe. I ended up buying the second car I drove and couldn't be happier. Alex Salcedo in the business office was very thorough in explaining all the documents that had to be signed to complete the transaction, and Christine in the service department was also pleasant to deal with in purchasing and installing new floor mats and getting the car inspected. I am a very satisfied Honda Gallery customer and appreciate the lengths everyone went to to leave me with impression I was treated very honestly and fairly. I will definitely let friends know how happy I was with Gabe and the rest of the team. More

The level of professionalism on display here is exceptional, with the transition between each step of the process dovetailing smoothly into the next. More importantly, however, is the sense of familiarity, intimacy, and trust that was built in such a short span of time. Witnessing the care and respect with which Mr. Tounvann and Mr. McEwen addressed me and my family was truly phenomenal. More

Can buying a car be a pleasant experience? I came into The Honda Gallery for a scheduled test drive of a new car I saw on the lot several days earlier. The car I was driving (not to be traded), I came into The Honda Gallery for a scheduled test drive of a new car I saw on the lot several days earlier. The car I was driving (not to be traded), my 2000 Honda Accord also needed immediate service. While I was taking the test drive the other Honda underwent the needed service. When the test drive was finished I returned to the Service Dept. to go over the diagnosis. Once we finished that portion of the service Scott Carlson also mentioned the car was overdue for its 75K mile maintenance as the car had 77K miles on it. I am planning to turn the car over to my grandson to drive to school so I wanted that information so I could hand it over in top shape. The maintenance and repair could not be completed that day so they put me in an Uber to take me home. Before I left I bought the car. There was no need to go anywhere else as I had witnessed Sales, Sale Administration (the paperwork) and Service all in one visit. I had a bad experience at another Honda dealership, the day before, trying to get them to look at my car because of exhaust gas blowing through my heater. I was at the dealership for a test drive of the same car I bought at Honda Gallery. I left that dealership and did not take the test drive as I did not want to deal with their service department any more. My Accord was repaired at the Gallery the next day and I bought the new Honda Accord the same day. I wanted to buy the car at the same dealership where I would have it serviced. That place was and will be The Gallery. So, "Can buying a car be a pleasant experience?", my answer is YES, it was the most pleasant experience I have had in 50 years of buying cars. More

I’ve had kias to fords to bmw to Mercedes to Honda’s etc. I’ve dealt with numerous dealerships -plethora of product specialist along with managers. Honda gallery was a cut above anyone I’ve dealt with . Gabe Saad product specialist i couldn’t say enough about. He’s a man whose there because he genuinely enjoys being there and interacting with people (I’ve spoke a great amount with Gabe - beleive me the man dosent have to be there- he chooses too). There’s no pressure from him at all to buy or lease a car. He presents the car of interest in a way that’s different from most (you almost have to go in to see what I’m talking about if interested in a Honda) Sales manager, Don McEwen- I really could go on for paragraphs how amazing he is. Most ethical, honest , straight shooting manager I’ve ever encounter. It was a real pleasure dealing with him right up until delivery he’s there the entire way. He’s actually just a phone call way. He answers texts and calls in an amazing timely fashion for how busy he is. He genuily cares about customers and wants them to be happy. If you’re considering a Honda I can’t recommend Gabe and Don enough. Go in! You’ll see what i mean. Best of luck to future Honda enthusiast m! More
