Good morning Jamie, as I stated previously the service advisor Mark was excellent! I'm also very satisfied with the repairs made to the vehicle. Being a service manager for a local heavy-duty truck dealership 2 months downtime is unacceptable. I completely understand the part supply chain shortage we are going through. But I feel as though Dodge is a very large company and I don't know if all resources were used to find a transmission in a timely matter. Were other dealers contacted? Is their a parts back order process? Does the DSM get involved in these situations? Every time I was updated on the transmission arrival , I was advised of a different ETA. As a customer it leaves a bad taste in your mouth about purchasing another Dodge product if repair downtime will take this long.
