I came to know this dealership from a salesman I worked with before at another dealership. Everything about this deal went to xxxx. Huge game with the pricing because of limited supply on new vehicles, traded in a car on June 5th it took them until July 12th to pay it off so I had to make a payment on a car I no longer owned in order to protect my credit. Left several messages for management and finance office and zero returned phoned calls. Have multiple issue with the truck like broken door panel and rear view mirror which I had to fight to get fix because it didn't fall under warranty. This is a brand new 2021 truck not something used with existing issues. Still don't have my plate or registration after al.ost 2 Months, and I just spent 3 hours in the dealership only for them to say they ordered the wrong door panel and they have no one that came program the LED rear view mirror. Saw my salesman when I walked in and he disappeared when he saw me and was no where to be found all 3 hours. I bought 5 truck for my business over the last 2 years from Steve, but I'll take my business elsewhere. Terrible place to deal with More

The caller said I hurt the business and actually threatened to come to my home. My local police took a report and are following up on it. Place is a scam. Worst experience over and over again. Bought a jeep wrangler last April. It has been I n the shop since this past february with a rear differential issue. By April they told us the part was on back order until JULY!! We were frustrated so took their deal to buy it back from us. LITERALLY 2 days later it is for sale in their lot. They said the part miraculously came in early. They are selling it for $11,000 more than they bought it from us in 2 days. The 2016 75th anniversary edition that they have for sale right now was broken and not drivable less than a week ago. Be careful with this place. More
