I received a call from Jeep the followling day it was dropped off for repair that my vehicle had been diagnosed. I was informed of the problems and given a price for repair. My only hiccup was calling several times for an update on progres and never receiving a call back. However, in the long run i feel that the vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, including receiving the ordered parts. Thank you for your professionalism in the repair of my vehicle. More
