Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

this is for the commercial service department .. I HAD TO CHECK one star but in my mind it should be below ZERO ... I am Very unhappy - truck was dropped off to Route18 on 11/14 .. into rotation on the 15th. CHECK one star but in my mind it should be below ZERO ... I am Very unhappy - truck was dropped off to Route18 on 11/14 .. into rotation on the 15th... they checked 2 times and found no leaks or no issues ... truck picked up on 12/4 ... and the leak is still showing ... left msg for Jeff to call monday morning when he arrived and no call ... so i had to call him at 11 a.m. and he apologized (obviously because he's in the wrong) said he would get another tech to look but gave me a date of 12/13 ... this is unreal and unheard of to have my vehicle there for 17 days and fixed nothing .... now giving me another date but also said bring it but we won't get it into shop for 3-4 days . my business has already lost 17 days without this truck and now he wants us to leave for another 4 days without it getting looked at .... who runs this department ... i need someone to explain to me how an oil leak is showing but no one sees it .... More

What good would Is programming a key fob do if I have no key to get in a car if the battery died. More
