I unfortunately got a nail in my tire and only had my renagade 4 months. Mike in service took care of me with a new tire and helped me with the jeep credit card to pay for it. My experience was terrible!I sat for 3 hours giving My experience was terrible! I sat for 3 hours giving almost 60% of the vehicle and I couldn't finance it! the horrible seller, he barely talked... I was the one who was selling... not to mention that he called me and until today nothing! in short I went to another dealer, bought the car in just 30 minutes and with much less down payment and I was super assisted! do not recommend for nothing! The salesman was great… personable and no pressure, but we were there HOURS, I mean ALL AFTERNOON going through the motions of purchasing our Jeep. It seems a bit much.
