Was told it would be a few days first trip was almost 2 weeks and required a second trip back. They lied to me about many things including that a rental car would be covered . They refused to service my Chrsyler T&C saying the undercarriage was rusted. But, when I took it to another service center, they said the undercarriage was not rusted and they were able to perform the undercarriage was rusted.
