I was passing through the state when I hit a pothole and damage one of my tire. I contacted the service department and asked if they had the tire in stock and if they will be able to install it for me witho damage one of my tire. I contacted the service department and asked if they had the tire in stock and if they will be able to install it for me without an appointment. The person on the phone was so nice and told me that will do it for me. I got to the service station and everyone was very friendly and very professional. Paul was my service advisor, he worked with me and the company I had my tire protection with to ensure I had the best service possible. In the end I did not had to pay anything. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. They were able to get me back on the road in no time. Wish the service station was closer to my home, I would definitely be using them to service both my Hondas. Great experience from TEAM Route 22 honda service and parts. Thanks again. More
