Bad Experience 1st issue I waited till 11:00 AM for a Service Advisor only to receive my Vehicle and open a new job for me, however I already have an appointment not 1st issue I waited till 11:00 AM for a Service Advisor only to receive my Vehicle and open a new job for me, however I already have an appointment not Walk-in. 2nd problem they've told me over the phone that there's a shuttle service available, someone will drop you back at work and when the car is done someone will pick you up, after I arrived and i waited for 1 hour, they told me sorry we don't have the shuttle service available today. I got very late to my work, plus I had to arrange and pay a Car service to take me back to my work. 3rd issue, I asked the service Advisor he said your car will be ready in 1 hour, then he called me almost after 4 hrs. I'm not happy with the whole Process, and the service. Just to be clear, (when i went back to pick my car, i requested for a pick-up service, they sent me later a very nice guy he's name is Omar he picked me up, to the service center. More
