Beautiful experience gone sour at the end. When I walked into the showroom with my wife, we were received very well at reception and the showroom. My salesman, Caesar Escobar was very polite and helpful, but when followed him to the special finance dept, the manager, Orlando Hunt, treated us with disdain and disrespect. He was rude and discriminatory because he abandoned us with the salesman for over an hour to attend to a Caucasian couple that just walked in. Mr. Hunt was too puffy and,arrogant like he was doing us a favor to buy a car there. More

I visited the dealer, hoping to resolve the issue, provided that there was a prior wind My door lock was seized at a day for the manual key operation. I visited the dealer, hoping to resolve the issue, provided that there was a prior window switch exchange previously at the same dealer which costed a few hundred dollars( expensive item). After I have explained the issue, the dealer manager tried the key himself, and mentioned that the lock cylinder should be changed and I was requested to pay for it in advance. A few hours later, the key operated spontaneously again. When I requested to cancel the unnecessary key cylinder exchange, the manager was insensitive and not courteous and adamantly insisted that I have to take the cylinder, which I had unwillingly had it without installation and denied persistently to reimburse me for that unneeded part, that I had not requested, yet that was his misdiagnosis at a time.
