Normal Service My recent normal service exceeded my expectations is all categories. As a bonus the car wash included coating the tires so they looked like new tir My recent normal service exceeded my expectations is all categories. As a bonus the car wash included coating the tires so they looked like new tires My non standard service issue was quite humorous and the staff handled it with class and quickly resolved the issue. The hands free capability for opening and locking the car was operating inconsistently. The problem was that the extra key fob had been left on the back seat of the car under the child car seat. I appreciate the Toyota team resolving my issue in timely manner. More

Bad Service Experience I took my Toyota Land Cruiser for service & repair on 5/1/18 at 8.15AM which cost me over $3,000.00. I left the vehicle there overnight as per my serv I took my Toyota Land Cruiser for service & repair on 5/1/18 at 8.15AM which cost me over $3,000.00. I left the vehicle there overnight as per my service adviser’s (John) suggestion. He gave me a loaner only to call me to return the loaner car the following day without completing the repair. I got to find out that repair was incomplete after making payment. I reported the matter to the service supervisor-Tom. He was not helpful to my plight even after I told him that I can not afford to call out from work, or go late. His response to my concern was simply lackadaisical. His exact respond to me was “all that noise for nothing”. I ended up going late to work, despite leaving the vehicle there overnight, and despite communicating my need to get the vehicle back on schedule. More
