There I met Mervin who assisted me with the details on the new 2016 RAV4. We took a test drive and I was sold. Mervin made it extremely easy to lease the new model. He was easy going and professional. It didn't take my meeting the entire management team and waiting for hours to get approved. In fact I only dealt with Mervin who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional the entire way. Bottom line is I am now driving the 2016 RAV4 and extremely happy with the experience. More

Recall service I called in for an appointment to have my Sequoia serviced according to recall notice. Very rude I requested for special care cancellation when I realized I didn't need it the next day I bought the car. After a month and days my outstanding bill c I requested for special care cancellation when I realized I didn't need it the next day I bought the car. After a month and days my outstanding bill came and was still showing the special care amount of $2500. Hans the financial guy did it but didn't go through or something I don't know. I went back there and they told me to go and come back that Hans is not in the office,I couldn't believe no one was willing to help, I call n no one picks up, .i got so hungry and frustrated because I was going back and forth to route 22 Toyota, .max the rudest person I have seen told me I didn't know my left from right .he walked out on me cos he wanted me to reduce my. Life and talk to me, in fact I was so made because I was going up n down n no one was willing to help.he walked over me and went to sit in his office and told me he is calling the police. I couldn't believe it,what happened to the customer is always right adage. Simple sorry from him to calm me down he felt too bossy implying it was my fault. He doesn't deserve to work in Toyota or better still he needs training. He was so rude and proud. Luis from sales came to resolve and even when he called Toyota head office they didn't have my cancellation form and so he did a new paper work and faxed it to them, Hans later came to apologize. Will never recommend route 22 Toyota. Regret going there worst experience in my life More
