I've been in the market for a new car for well over a year and I have always found it to be an unpleasant experience. Low and behold, this year, I found that the internet has made striving improvements year and I have always found it to be an unpleasant experience. Power to the PEOPLE. My experience with Route 22 Toyota was shockingly simple. I showed interest on their website for a 2013 Toyota Sienna, and I received an email with a reduced price because I was browsing though the internet. NOTE: I showed interest on 2 other dealers, but Route 22 had the BEST price. So I called to confirm, and it was true. In my free time, I decided to stop by and browse their inventory and I met Nelson Madera. Nelson was great. He showed me to cars that I wanted to see, and answered all my questions. What I believe Nelson did for me was something that I was not expecting. Nelson helped me get the already reduced price to get reduced by $800 more. In the end I paid less than the Fair Purchase Price that is shown in KBB.com. I didn't think I would get that price, and with the 0% that Toyota was offering, I could not say no. I purchased the vehicle, and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY. Nelson was also quick to return my calls and showed me their service department that has FREE 25MB down Internet. I now LOVE this dealership, and would recommend it to ANYONE who doesn't want to get tricked into purchasing a vehicle. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! More

This was my second time at route 22 Toyota, and just like the first time I was not disappointed. I'm so happy with the new purchase of my Avalon for several reasons. From the moment I stepped foot into the Route 22 Toyota showroom, I was immediately greeted by a sales team of dedicated, knowledgeable and approachable staff. I had done an extensive amount of research on showroom, I was immediately greeted by a sales team of dedicated, knowledgeable and approachable staff. I had done an extensive amount of research on various Toyota models, and went to the dealership with several questions - some more complicated than others. The staff was not only attentive, but also made it their primary goal to ensure that all of the questions I had, no matter how complex, were answered to the best of their ability. The fact that the staff knew such a great deal of information about all of the various models was astounding, and I was thoroughly impressed by their efforts. My intention that day was to simply gather more insight but because of the level of professionalism that was demonstrated to me, I walked out of the dealership that day with the keys to a brand new Toyota. I am more than satisfied with all that the staff at Route 22 Toyota was able to provide me on my visit - including a great price on a beautiful new car - and I would most certainly recommend the dealership to family, friends and strangers alike. Worst customer service ever. This place is disgusting. Absolutely no respect for customers and no regards to procedures. I went to look for a Highlander they changed the price couple of times and DEMANDED Absolutely no respect for customers and no regards to procedures. I went to look for a Highlander they changed the price couple of times and DEMANDED that I am required to purchase an OPTIONAL protection plan! He crossed out the word optional and said now its required for US! When we spoke to the General Manager for reasoning, he was so rude and tore up the paper. As we were walking out the manager Alex walked out and threatened us to get in the car. This was just a horrible experience. I hope the camera caught everything, because action will be taken! More

I would like to thank salesman Alex Royzenshteyn for his hard work in helping me find my new Camry. When we first met I described in detail the car I wanted. He showed me a few cars in the lot and when I expressed that I didnt like them he continued to look for a car with the descriptions and in my price range. He went above and beyond he met and exceeded all my expectations. He was fun kind courteous funny very easy going and only wanted to help us. My overall experience with this Dealer was amazing I recommend the dealer and especially sales person Alex Royzenshteyn. More
