From the moment I stepped foot into the Route 22 Toyota showroom, I was immediately greeted by a sales team of dedicated, knowledgeable and approachable staff. I had done an extensive amount of research on showroom, I was immediately greeted by a sales team of dedicated, knowledgeable and approachable staff. I had done an extensive amount of research on various Toyota models, and went to the dealership with several questions - some more complicated than others. The staff was not only attentive, but also made it their primary goal to ensure that all of the questions I had, no matter how complex, were answered to the best of their ability. The fact that the staff knew such a great deal of information about all of the various models was astounding, and I was thoroughly impressed by their efforts. My intention that day was to simply gather more insight but because of the level of professionalism that was demonstrated to me, I walked out of the dealership that day with the keys to a brand new Toyota. I am more than satisfied with all that the staff at Route 22 Toyota was able to provide me on my visit - including a great price on a beautiful new car - and I would most certainly recommend the dealership to family, friends and strangers alike. More

I have been to many dealerships before and this has to be the one place that I have felt just like a family member. I felt no pressure what so ever to make a purchase that i was not comfortable with. Worst customer service ever. This place is disgusting. Absolutely no respect for customers and no regards to procedures. I went to look for a Highlander they changed the price couple of times and DEMANDED Absolutely no respect for customers and no regards to procedures. I went to look for a Highlander they changed the price couple of times and DEMANDED that I am required to purchase an OPTIONAL protection plan! He crossed out the word optional and said now its required for US! When we spoke to the General Manager for reasoning, he was so rude and tore up the paper. As we were walking out the manager Alex walked out and threatened us to get in the car. This was just a horrible experience. I hope the camera caught everything, because action will be taken! More

I would like to thank salesman Alex Royzenshteyn for his hard work in helping me find my new Camry. When we first met I described in detail the car I wanted. I said I want a white Camry with sunroof and hard work in helping me find my new Camry. When we first met I described in detail the car I wanted. I said I want a white Camry with sunroof and has to be v4. He listened carefully and keep that in mind. He showed me a few cars in the lot and when I expressed that I didnt like them he continued to look for a car with the descriptions and in my price range. He went above and beyond he met and exceeded all my expectations. He was fun kind courteous funny very easy going and only wanted to help us. My overall experience with this Dealer was amazing I recommend the dealer and especially sales person Alex Royzenshteyn. More

Works to keep the customer happy and will work to keep you satisfied. This is my second car purchase from them and I have never returned to a dealership twice, so that says a lot. Our financing was pre-approved through our own credit union and they didn't push their financing on us at all. I had a question/issue after our purchase and Barry quickly resolved it for us. More

They did a great job to help us reach our goals and as quickly as possib facility during my purchase. My Sales Rep Diego Pinos, Sales Manager amed, . They did a great job to help us reach our goals and as quickly as possible. They all worked so hard for us; It was refreshing. I really appreciate that I was able to do some of the work by phone. My time is valuable and purchasing a vehicle is a timely adventure. I have others to buy so the speedier the process, the better. I had been to other competitors' lots that afternoon including various used car lots, and I have to say that this was the only facility that I felt comfortable. It was the first time that afternoon that we didn't feel like "shark bait." Spending and exorbitant amount of money is nerve racking to begin with, but it's a easier when you feel comfortable and in good hands while you're doing so. There is a level of knowledge, respect and class that this facility and crew have, and I like that. Diego made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided me a cubical/office to work in while we waited for finance. When it came time to leave with our vehicle, he did the most thorough inspection of the car both visually and mechanically. We left knowing how to operate every feature the vehicle had. That was long but very much appreciated today. We feel fortunate that he was standing outside when we pulled into your lot that afternoon, and I still receive calls from Diego checking up on us and our new addition to our garage. The Service Department is amazing, but I have always known the excellence that that department delivers. When I bought my 2009 4-Runner, many years ago, I have consistently made the 100 mile round trip to have the maintenance done at this facility, even the oil changes. I know I can count on what the work they deliver and the staff is wonderful. A big thumbs up to the staff at Diego, and when I buy another Toyota I will definitely come back to this facility to do so. However, I really hope to have the same line-up More
