Horrible service If I wouldn't have called to get an update on my vehicle, no one would have contacted me; and when I did call, was kept on hold for over an hour and h If I wouldn't have called to get an update on my vehicle, no one would have contacted me; and when I did call, was kept on hold for over an hour and half, and kept being transferred from person to person. Raul, the rep in charge of my vehicle was rude, and disrespectful. When I finally had enough of waiting and of Toyota 22 not being able to resolve the issue my vehicle was having, I went to pick up my vehicle and I was handed the wrong set of keys!!!! Toyota 22 does not know what they are doing. Period. The following business day, I took my vehicle to Sansone on Rt 1. In 1 business day, my vehicle was up and running. Fixed. Plus I was put in a loaner!!! Amazing!!! Toyota 22 should visit Sansone for some training. More

Big place but small shop caring and personal service! My wife and I are from Wilmington, DE and had a very nice weekend in NYC until Sunday afternoon when on our way home we heard and experienced signific My wife and I are from Wilmington, DE and had a very nice weekend in NYC until Sunday afternoon when on our way home we heard and experienced significant issues with our Prius. Check engine light on and the manual said see Toyota ASAP. We found a hotel for the night and then called first thing in AM Monday. Appointment was available at 0800 and I met John, the service rep. Long story short, he and the mechanic found the problem and fixed it. Unfortunately, the fix exposed another code down the line that would possibly delay us another day. John took it upon himself to have the mechanic check the part and see if it needed cleaning and not replacement. This was indeed the case and we soon were on our way. His extra effort saved us money but more importantly time and convenience. My only regret is that we don’t live closer. The personalized service and level of care was a pleasant surprise considering the size of the shop. Thanks for a job well done. More
