Very dissatisfied and unhappy My wife and I went to your place because we love Toyota, but the total experience was traumatic and feel discriminated by the sales representative na My wife and I went to your place because we love Toyota, but the total experience was traumatic and feel discriminated by the sales representative named Elmer, For the beginning the sales representative was negative at every question we have, in one moment he just walked away saying bye if you like any of our second cars I’ll be inside; if one of the supervisor don’t stopped us when we were walking out and told us to look the new cars and that he will do everything helping us drive a new car the same day...we were going to the Nissan across the street. When we surrender our Id’s he said that my wife’s American passport could be fake and that he have to check ...my wife was in disbelief and I try to soften the situation laughing out lout while I was telling him that I didn’t know he was a federal agent..!! To don’t make story longer..I want to said that we don’t want to deal with this “salesman” never again in our lives.. or recommend our relatives and friend to go and deal with him. More
