Lousy from Start to Finish First, I had difficulty making the appointment through the web site, the appointment time didn't seem to matter, and I was not updated on the status First, I had difficulty making the appointment through the web site, the appointment time didn't seem to matter, and I was not updated on the status of my vehicle. When it was finally finished for a seemingly minor item, the service advisor didn't care about my dissatisfaction and didn't take any time to discuss what was and wasn't done with the vehicle. He was trying to usher me out the door so quickly that he wouldn't even stop to talk with me. To top it off the nobody informed two other customers and me where our vehicles were. So, we had to go find ourselves. 1 More

My service consultant was great! I had my last service via the contract/warranty recently. Steve was great. My car recently stopped on me and stopped running. Corrosion wa a everywhere on the battery which AAA just changed yesterday. Thus my overall experience was a 3.5. More
