First time I spent more than 3 hours for the first service. When I bought the truck I 2018 they gave I key. When I went back for the first service I asked them to cut the second key. The second time they refuse to cut the key. Service sent me to sale where I met the sale man Kaleed. He said that he was to give me the authorization to give to service. After 3 hours waiting he came back and told me that his boss said that I have to pay for the key myself. That is my third car from Toyota. I do not deserve this kind of treatment. Wonderful Experience!! I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to share my experience at Route 22 Toyota. In 2018 I purchased my first car (Toyota Camry), from Ber I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to share my experience at Route 22 Toyota. In 2018 I purchased my first car (Toyota Camry), from Bernie who was very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Bernie talked me through the whole purchasing process, had an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle specifications and was just a pleasure to deal with in general. Fast forward 1 year and I went back to Bernie to trade-in my Camry for a Tundra (needed a little more power for my line of work). Bernie, again was very helpful in explaining the trade-in process, gave me an excellent trade-in deal and had the exact same mannerisms as he had 12 months ago. I would highly recommend Bernie, it truly was a pleasure working with him. Also- shout out to my homie BILLY YOO he was so helpful in finding me my Tundra. He made the process very easy! If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership. Go here and ask for Bernie and Billy. Thanks again guys! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Upon arriving at the service center, I parked in the back parking lot. I wasn’t aware of their system. There was no sign or worker directing anything Upon arriving at the service center, I parked in the back parking lot. I wasn’t aware of their system. There was no sign or worker directing anything outside of the building. While I was driving towards the garage door by the back entrance, it went up do I thought I was suppose to enter there. When I entered, I realized all the cars were facing me. I then asked one of the workers if I can drive through, he said no, this is the exit in a rude tone. He then directed me to revere out, he was monitoring the door switch. When I backed up the door fell on my car. One of the managers demanded my insurance & when I asked why the needed it nobody gave me a valid response. I handed it to one of the workers because he said if I didn’t give it to him my vehicle wouldn’t be serviced. I have yet to get a good explanation. They were just telling me that the Service manager wanted to make a report. They all was rude to be honest, especially one who goes by the name, Steve, who is a manager at the center. With that being said, I will never recommend this location or spend my money with them ever again. More
