U professionally I came to route 22 to purchase a set of tires which i could have bought at Lincoln (i drive a MKT )cuz i have a CCard with toyota so i wanted to use i I came to route 22 to purchase a set of tires which i could have bought at Lincoln (i drive a MKT )cuz i have a CCard with toyota so i wanted to use it ,however i like the quick turn around but when i got to the car wash,after wash i discovered circle black marks from the speed balance machine i call ..john veli he told me he wld try to clean it ,when i went the service manager approached me and told me that it didnt happen there cuz the machine is new ,i feel that the devise they is not safe for wheels,the tech shld had notice the first wheel and not continue ,all 4 wheels was damaged,the pictures that was taken a pond arriving show it wasnt there staff knew it as well but no 1 said anything so the manager harrassed me by calling the cops ,till then he told the advisor to call the wheel technician to fix them ...that pc of xxx manager shld b fired and i shld get a refund for my installation and balance.....therefore i will not go or recommend anyone More

Made an appointment but waited for hours before consultati 9:30 am appointment, sat for 2 hours until called into the service office at 11:30 am only to be told that my car would take at least 2 hours to be se 9:30 am appointment, sat for 2 hours until called into the service office at 11:30 am only to be told that my car would take at least 2 hours to be serviced. The agent said there were 58 walk-ins. So it’s first come first serve? What’s the point of making an appointment?! The wait was unacceptable. When I picked up the car, the team on the floor couldn’t seem to help me . They couldn’t find my paper work. It was unbelievable! I’m not looking forward to my next service appointment.
