Inadequate approach AlThough the reps were friendly I was highly upset that I did not do a test drive for the vehicle I wanted 2019 Camry se. Excuse was because the color AlThough the reps were friendly I was highly upset that I did not do a test drive for the vehicle I wanted 2019 Camry se. Excuse was because the color I wanted they didn’t have. Which makes no sense. I couldn’t test any color 2019 Camry se just to see how it drives. Also when my car got doñereve and I went to pick it up I was informed that the car was getting detailed and so I was sent to finance by Anthony. So, I did all the paper works through finance before I even got to see the car!! Lastly I was not given a rundown on the cars features. I had to come back the next day to being a key belonging to the returned lease and so I had to ask for a rundown because I didn’t know how to work the features. Khalid was very helpful and gave me the rundown. The whole experience I felt like it was all rushed. I don’t know if the car I got was the i was quoted on because we talked about the car not having sun roof but it did have the side mirror sensors and I remember seeing it on the msrp and the remember the msrp being 27,677 around that range. The car I got has no side mirror sensors and I truly believe that’s what I got quoted on. I even went on the site and built the car which stock was 25,550 and when I added the blind spot monitor which was 1,200 the msrp went up to 27,670. So I feel like I’m driving a car that I was not quoted for and am paying for! I wish I had kept the msrp print out. I will never get a car that is not in stock again! I am dissatisfied and feel cheated out. More
