Luis was on point and knew exactly what I needed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Mr. Walker was also an excellent finance manager. Unlike my previous experience, he was very understanding and honest. He explained everything very clearly and although it was so late in the night, I never felt rushed. They all worked very swiftly and cohesively to get me in and out with a vehicle in the shortest amount of time I have ever experienced. I already have referred them to my friends. Poor customer service I was called and told my car would be ready in 10 minutes, I showed up 45 minutes later and my release papers were still not ready. They called the te I was called and told my car would be ready in 10 minutes, I showed up 45 minutes later and my release papers were still not ready. They called the tech 3 different times before he finally showed up with my release papers. They gave me my keys and told me where I ca find my car, my car was NOT in that spot. Finally found my car and Car wouldn’t start after service. Tech tried to tell me it was due to prior issue even tho I explained prior issue or not my car has never once died on me. Tech then LIED and said my car had to be jumped to bring in lot, I know he was lying because I SAW them drive my car into the lot. When I told him he was lying he hung up the phone on me. I tried to speak to a manager but for some STRANGE and INEXPLICABLE reason the managers are allowed to leave two hours prior before closing which is ridiculous because if there’s a real issue WHO DO WE SPEAK TO? More
