EXTREME EXCELLENCE! Never thought I would have to trade in my new car and buy a New new car less than 7 full days after I thought I loved the one I had just bought...who Never thought I would have to trade in my new car and buy a New new car less than 7 full days after I thought I loved the one I had just bought...who knew! I spend hours a day in my car for my work and the blend of safety and comfort are ultimate importance. Less than a week after happily leaving Route 23 Honda in my new 3rd car from them I realized that this newly designed car and my driving body were not a doable match...I had no clue how this would be handled and every clue I could not keep this car. It is said that how problems are handled is the true sign of good business...Off the charts Good Business! The entire team stayed committed to my leaving satisfied...and I do mean entire-my original salesperson...sales manager...another sales person I knew from earlier business...business manager...general manager...and assorted other employees during the 6+ hours we all worked on this situation to build a solution for a car I could happily drive. We went the authentic range: was my original trade in still around?...nope...was there a used car of the same generation as the one I had traded in? (i.e. the seats would thus have been the same)...not with reasonable mileage...could custom stuffing could be put into the seats to support my back?...not allowed by law because it would change the structural integrity of the seat...outsourcing for added upholstery to substitute for lacking support my back needed?...unclear if it would suffice.. put out an auction call for cars that matched what would be needed?...no time predictability and I needed a vehicle to drive... and then...try out the top line of same car...leather seats...PERFECT- and ALL the problems gone Except for: my loan from a week ago; this more expensive car; trade in after not seven days; I needed an immediate car...And THEY DID IT!!!!! I am so grateful this type of excellence, creatively honorable practices, and authentic caring do still exist and all that energy is in my new New Car I get to drive!
