Replacing a Dinosaur I've known Ron for almost as long as I've been taking my 2000 Accord to Route 23 Honda for service/maintenance. We quickly began to commiserate over I've known Ron for almost as long as I've been taking my 2000 Accord to Route 23 Honda for service/maintenance. We quickly began to commiserate over favorite sports teams and built a professional relationship. It seemed like every time I was in the dealership for an oil change, Ron stopped by to say hello. When the time came for me to get a new car (260,000+ miles on the 2000 and still running well!), I went to Ron. Ron treated myself and my wife with professionalism, patience, and understanding. He was able to work with us on the price and I walked out sad (departing with my 14 year old car), but very happy with my new Accord EX-L which I hope will take me through the next decade plus. As an aside, my experiences with Route 23 Honda since 2000 have been nothing short of amazing. You often don't realize how great something is until you compare it to another experience. My wife has a different brand car. It's a good car and has served us well; however, getting the car serviced can be a frustrating hassle, for example, you need an appointment for an oil change. The service department at Route 23 Honda bends over backwards to accommodate the customers...from drive-in oil changes, to courtesy cars if the find a problem with your car (even during a routine oil change). I've moved out of the area (actually live about 50 miles from the dealership, although I still work locally) but continue to use Route 23 Honda for my service and sales. In short, I'd highly recommend Route 23 Honda for both service and sales. More

The receptionist was pleasant and polite and got our sales rep, Dino Riccio for us right away. Dealing with Dino was a positive experience. We explained what we were looking for and told him we weren't sure if we wanted to rent or lease. He worked up the deal both ways for us and left it to us to decide. When we went back to pick up the car, the door molding we had ordered wasn't in, so we'd have to bring the car back. That created a slight problem for us. Without any hesitation, Dino offered to come pick up the car while we were working and then bring it back when it was done. We would highly recommend Route 23 Honda to anyone who asks, and we would especially recommend that they deal with Dino. He is a great salesman and is willing to go the extra step to make a customer happy! More
