When I called the Service Dept. , I figured my request was so small, I would probably have to wait until the first available appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised! Poppy invited me to bring my Fit right down, and she would see that the repair got done right away! She truly meant it! She met me at the waiting area, asked a very nice young technician to pull it into the garage, and in about 10 minutes, it was all done. I won't forget to mention that my tires were also checked for proper air pressure, so I had no worries. Poppy is an amazing "get-it-done" facilitator, and makes my trips to Route 23 Honda a confident experience! Thank you to Poppy Crawford, and the excellent team that works at this dealership! I have been a customer at Route 23 Honda since 2001 need I say more? Let me tell you alittle about Dino Riccio. Dino is the most honest Salesman you will ever meet, there's never any beating around the bush just 100% honesty. My 2001 Accord was my very first lease, I was very adamant on what I wanted to spend per month and not only was Dino beyond understanding to my needs, I drove off the lot in nicer model then I originally choose at the payment range I was looking to be at. Dino goes above and beyond for his customers and I am treated like family. I am currently on my 4th Honda and I would never purchase anywhere else other then Route 23 Honda and I will only deal with Dino. Not only am I a happy customer, but I have also referred my mom and sister to Route 23 Honda and to Dino. My mom is on her 2nd vehicle and my sister is on her 3rd. I wish they had the referral program sooner. I have to say I did not see any of the guys in finance listed on this site to give a review for. It's ashame as they should not go unnoticed. I've known Victor in finance for a long time and he's just amazing. I had some credit issues in the past and he managed to get my lease approved. This time around I also had the pleasure of working with Eddie and Wilson in finance they were great! Anyone looking for a Honda needs to go to Route 23 Honda and see Dino Riccio! Dealership is clean and seems very organized. We were helped the minute we walked in the door. All the auto features were explained to us during our test drive. His dedication to get me close to the price I was willing to pay was accomplished. Experienced a small misunderstanding of when I was going to receive my car, however the organized painless encounter of working with Sunny Chan (signing all the paperwork), made up for it. He was enjoyable, efficient, and quick. I have yet to experience the service center, but something tells me it will be a painless endeavor as well. More

The customer service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We were greeted immediately when we walked into the showroom and didn't immediately feel pressured. We were given the opportunity to check out the car we were considering before being bombarded with numbers and "step into my office" lines you typically get at car dealerships. My finances were also respected by Scott and Sunny, and they worked their magic to get me a beautiful new car with the mileage I wanted for a price that was reasonable - they even threw in a few extras for me. The only feedback I will provide is that the process did take an extremely long time. This is only my second car, so maybe this is standard as I don't really recall the first time around - but we were at the dealership for about 5 hours. Regardless, I was able to drive home in my new 2013 Accord EX-L and I love it! More

To make a long story short, my husband purchased a car as a "surprise" for daughter - to our "surprise" it was not what she was looking for. Rolando made me feel like there was nothing to worry. He promised me the he would not make us keep a car we were not 100% happy with - he kept that promise. During the process I was not sure he could find us a car that we would all be happy with but at the end, my daughter has a beautiful car that she loves thanks to Rolando. A million thanks to the best salesman, Rolando! PS - He also called me the following day to follow up and wish her a happy 17th birthday! What car salesman does that? He's the best! More
