Poppy is extremely knowledgeable and always knows what I need to have done for my service. My Pilot has over 155,000 miles and that is because she knows my car and it's needs. She is never pushy and never forces me to have services performed that I do not need. Poppy has a lot of patience and explains all my questions and concerns. First let me say that I am a hard negotiator - I do my homework and don't go to the dealership until I'm fully prepared. The showroom was very busy when I went in, and even though Scott Simon was working with 2 other customers he still took the time to help me out. Scott was very friendly and helpful, and within a few minutes we were getting down to the numbers. Without going into details I'll say that Scott went the extra mile (and then some) to get a deal done. I would highly recommend talking to him if you are looking for a new Honda. The entire staff at Rt 23 Honda are great to work with - Mike Lee not only told me he wanted my business, but SHOWED me by putting together a great deal. Sunny Chan was super friendly and had all my paperwork ready to go, so it took less than half an hour to sign the paperwork and get me out the door in my new Pilot! We are a Honda family. Over the last 12 years, between my wife and two children, we have purchased 7 Hondas, 3 Accords and 4 Civics. The last 2 Civics were purchased the end of November 2012. I recently traded in my old civic si coupe at rt 23 Honda with hopes to get into a 2012 model. As soon as I walked in through the door I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff as Nikki was extremely hel with hopes to get into a 2012 model.
