First let me say that I am a hard negotiator - I do my homework and don't go to the dealership until I'm fully prepared. The showroom was very busy when I went in, and even though Scott Simon was working with 2 other customers he still took the time to help me out. Scott was very friendly and helpful, and within a few minutes we were getting down to the numbers. Without going into details I'll say that Scott went the extra mile (and then some) to get a deal done. I would highly recommend talking to him if you are looking for a new Honda. The entire staff at Rt 23 Honda are great to work with - Mike Lee not only told me he wanted my business, but SHOWED me by putting together a great deal. Sunny Chan was super friendly and had all my paperwork ready to go, so it took less than half an hour to sign the paperwork and get me out the door in my new Pilot! This is my 3rd new car from Rt 23 Honda and I continue to be very satisfied with their straightforward, professional manner and their willingness to put together a fair deal. More

We are a Honda family. Over the last 12 years, between my wife and two children, we have purchased 7 Hondas, 3 Accords and 4 Civics. The last 2 Civics were purchased the end of November 2012. I recently traded in my old civic si coupe at rt 23 Honda with hopes to get into a 2012 model. As soon as I walked in through the door I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff as Nikki was extremely hel with hopes to get into a 2012 model. I'm a recent college graduate and was looking for a certified used Honda. It was not my intention to drive out the dealership in a new car but Scott and the employees at route 23 Honda made it a dream come true. He was very truthful and helped us stay within our budget. I initially thought I would have to have a co signer since I had slim to no credit but Scott proposed a college graduate program that allowed me to finance my car all by myself. Overall, Scott was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful! I will recommend Scott and the route 23 Honda to all my family and friends. P.S. next month I will be attending a life after college seminar in which alumni go back to their previous colleges and speak about the many changes of graduating.
