Bait and Switch Called Friday to make appointment to look at a specific used car on Saturday. Arrived at noon and was introduced to salesman who asked us to have a seat as he had to go get the car from their used lot. 20 minutes later he returned with his manager to tell us the vehicle was not available at this time but they would "be happy to show us other cars". This is why used car salesmen have bad reputations. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and then try to upsell you. Plenty of other dealerships out there and thankfully the customer gets to choose where to spend their money. More
