I went to route 44 Hyundai to have my Tucson diagnosed, while I was there I started speaking with Karim Mohamed about a mutual friend. I told him why I was there and that I had thought about trading in my 2008 Tucson. We chatted for awhile and decided to go for a test drive. I loved the 2011 Santa-Fe and my chat with this salesman. He was not pushy and his smile was genuine and I feel that he went above and beyond to fill my needs. After reading some of the reviews on this site for Route 44, the negative reviews perplexed me. People are speaking of rude and unsatisfactory service, when my experience was absolutely different. Route 44 Hyundai was the 4th dealership I had visited after months of researching the vehicle of my choice, the 2012 Accent. I was first greeted promptly and very politely in the parking lot by an auto tech, then again upon entering the showroom. The atmosphere of the dealership was inviting, the customers that were being helped looked happy to be there. I was quickly introduced to Syed who had been pulled out of a meeting to assist me. This action by the store manager told me that he was most likely, one of the more experienced salesmen. Syed was more than respectful and understanding of my wants and needs. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable and went so far as to offer me something to drink. Syed worked diligently to get the vehicle that would best accommodate all of my requests including what package of the vehicle I wanted, the color exterior and interior, and the monthly price. Syed and the sales manager were honest and compassionate about the length of time it would take for the delivery. Because I was steadfast on the color of my vehicle, they had to work a little harder to get it for me. The time frame they gave me verses my actual delivery date was 3 days sooner than expected. I am a Rhode Island resident, so getting the paperwork prepared and submitted for my trade-in and for the sale of my new 2012 Accent, was again a little more involved than normal. I would never have known because I did not have to wait on any of it. The finance manager, Rod, was on top of it all, he allowed me to fax documents and made the entire process tolerable. Rod was prepared to sit with me; he was not thumbing through papers trying to find anything. After the delivery of my new vehicle not only did the Hyundai Corporation and the General Manager from Route 44 call me to make sure I was satisfied with my recent purchase, so did Syed. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from a dealership and this experience was considerably different than my 1st. As a team Route 44’s priority is customer service, it has been apparent since the first time I visited their dealership. I would recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle to Route 44 Hyundai. More

I had a very bad experience at this dealership. First of all the building itself is very shady, there are too many sales people for the size of the lot. A gentleman that was there left unhappy, and the sale all the building itself is very shady, there are too many sales people for the size of the lot. I hate when a dealer says they gave you a huge deal, and then when you are not satisfied come down 100 dollars a month. More
