Whether it was his day off or he was in the middle of studying for an exam, he always took my call. He actually went into work on his one day off to work on getting me the vehicle that I wanted. He always made me feel as though I was a priority to him and I was so blown away by his level of dedication and responsiveness. What I loved most about working with Mike is that I felt as though he saw me as a human being, rather than a dollar sign. It was clear that Mike valued placing me into a vehicle in which I would feel safe and secure. There was not one point throughout our transaction that I felt as though I was being schemed or ripped off. His communication skills were flawless and he followed through on every promise that he made to me. He was honest, forthcoming and genuine throughout the entire process. Mike worked tirelessly to help me find the exact car that I wanted and demonstrated flexibility in working with the price. In order to meet all of my needs, it took nearly a month of going back and forth on the phone. Mike demonstrated extreme patience and supreme interpersonal skills the whole time.
