Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Didge Ram was extremely accomdomating to all my wants and etc. I arrived at the dealership and was welcomed by a amicable salesman by the name of Fernando Castro. He was extremely patient yet diligent with my car requests. Understanding that if I am investing in something, so I should take time to search for the perfect vehicle. I was on a time restrain due to obligations and needless to say within a few hours Fernado worked hard to make the purchase happen. Overall it was a great experience and I lucked out with a great saleman. More
LIED to me on the phone just to get me to come in person I called the dealership on Monday and asked for someone in Sales to discuss leasing a Pacifica. I was connected to Miko, who quoted me a great price. I called the dealership on Monday and asked for someone in Sales to discuss leasing a Pacifica. I was connected to Miko, who quoted me a great price. On Wednesday I spoke to him again to make sure that there was no miscommunication, and double checked the terms and pricing. He confirmed that everything was understood correctly and the quoted deal was still available. I told him I would be coming in that night to sign for the lease. He told me he wouldn't be there, but not to worry, as all the details of our conversation (including pricing etc.) were recorded in the dealership computer system and that any available salesperson would be able to pick up where we left off. That couldn't have been further from the truth (Or more bluntly, was a blatant lie just to get me to come to the dealership in person). I arrived at the dealership and lo and behold, there was NO detailed record of our conversation in the computer system. It mentions that I called, but has no mention about terms or pricing, which unsurprisingly I was then told is 50% HIGHER than what I confirmed earlier that day on the phone. I proceeded to speak with the top manager at the dealership at the time who had nothing more to say than "I'm sorry I can't do that price." THEN WHY ARE YOUR SALESPEOPLE LYING AND QUOTING IT OVER THE PHONE! The manager acknowledged that sales calls are recorded, but showed no interest in figuring out what had happened (i.e. maybe some sort of miscommunication), which leads me to think this is just the normal way business is conducted at this dealership. Needless to say, I walked and did not get me lease through them. This was a tremendous waste of my time. Be wary of this dealership. Do NOT trust them! ***Update*** I received a message from the dealership on this forum apologizing for my experience and inviting me to call them and address my concerns. I took them up on it and called, but the person who supposedly sent the message was completely unaware of my post and had no interest in discussing my experience. The dealer response you may see below (If they haven't deleted it) did not come from a customer service agent tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction. Its nothing but an automated message meant to cast my experience as an anomaly and portray the dealership in a responsible, professional light. Don't fall for it, its just another lie. More

Frustrating, rude Sales People after they have your money. I really recommend that people pay attention to yelp reviews when making the decision to go to this dealership. Unfortunately we made the decision to purchase a car on December 10. I have never been treated so badly in my life after buying a car from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Not only did RJ the sales rep try and tell us that our trade in wasn't worth what KBB identified, he also insulted our intelligence by trying to tell us that there were more car dealerships in the Northeast than anywhere else and that was the reason my car wasn't worth anything. It was only when we got up to leave that they agreed to pay us what it was worth. Once the deal was done we had to wait an extra 40 minutes just to get the keys to the vehicle we had just bought. We had to wait another 15 minutes while RJ talked to people while putting our temporary plates on. We used a car buying service through our bank to purchase the vehicle and they made us feel that they were not making any money and it was a waste of their time. We find out now on December 29th that our temporary plates have expired and the dealership has not even filed for our license and registration. They have not even started the process. We were forced to go there and pick up a loner car that smells to use for another 3 weeks or until they decide to put our paperwork through. You will receive a nice letter in the mail telling you they want to make your car buying experience even better than it was however the so called General Manager that signed the letter does not even exist. The NEW sales manager that just so happened to take his place, Cauly, could not have been more rude and threatened to take away my loner car. They told us they were doing us a favor by giving us a car because they failed to do their job. Unless you want rude and condescending service I recommend you steer clear of the dealership. Customer service at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge is only lip service. More

We were unsure of what we wanted and actually returned to this dealer in three different occasions and each time Hector received us with open arms and a big smile. We visited various dealers and by far this dealer has been the best in every aspect from customer service, friendliness, and patience not once did we feel obligated or pressured to come out with a vehicle on the spot....I did say we went to this dealer three times right in other dealers they pressure you to no end and harass you with phone calls to get you to come back not here. Really enjoyed our first time experience with this dealer would do it all over again Hector was amazing and thanks to him we finally walked out with an amazing jeep summit 2014 which we love and mainly got for our baby girl will soon meet in july which we are sure she will love it too.
