Adam was kind enough to sit down with us, go over specific details involving the car, and show us to the used car lot in the back right away to see the 2016 compasses. I was able to test drive the car right away and I fell in love with it. We ended up buying the car! Ramon assisted us with the paperwork automatically and took care of it extremely fast, which I was very pleased with. He even helped me deal with calling my insurance and with any other issues that arose. He also went over the oil change booklet with me and helped me set up UConnect in my car, along with other things that I was not too familiar with.
