As soon as I walked in with my father, we were greeted by severa I recently just purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass at this dealership on November 2, 2016. As soon as I walked in with my father, we were greeted by several people. Adam was kind enough to sit down with us, go over specific details involving the car, and show us to the used car lot in the back right away to see the 2016 compasses. I was able to test drive the car right away and I fell in love with it. We ended up buying the car! Ramon assisted us with the paperwork automatically and took care of it extremely fast, which I was very pleased with. He even helped me deal with calling my insurance and with any other issues that arose. He also went over the oil change booklet with me and helped me set up UConnect in my car, along with other things that I was not too familiar with. I was beyond satisfied with all of the wonderful assistance I received. People like Ramon and Adam are an asset to the dealership and will never leave a customer unsatisfied. The worst experience I've had The salesman made me wait on hold on the phone with my bank while he texted his friends. Not to mention they probably forgot to do six different things to close the deal. If I wasn't in need of a car so bad I would have walked out. If I could give zero stars I would.
