Like a school yard I have purchased from route 46 before and have been nothing but happy with their sales and service department. However I went there recently and the I have purchased from route 46 before and have been nothing but happy with their sales and service department. However I went there recently and the place is not the same, there are nothing but kids running around pretending to be sales staff, they have 0 product knowledge and it seems like a school yard. I didn't feel comfortable basing 1 of my larger investment on a bunch of kids. The staff just seems to continually rotate and there are new faces there every time I go in. Don't think I will be going back. More
