Update - New Ram purchase I bought my Ram at Rt46 dodge and the experience was excellent. I knew my price and they met it. Minimal haggling and RJ in sales was great to work with. *Update While the sale went fine, the follow up afterward was non existent. That leads me to believe they just care about the money and not earning a customer for life. I called and emailed RJ about the refund I was supposed to get from my Toyota trade and he never once responded to my emails. When I called and spoke to him it was promise after promise the check was coming and nothing comes. Its been 1 month to the day i bought my truck and no check. RJ acts very sincere, but he's afraid to escalate to management or says its managements fault, He's full of crap. They are not customer focused. Stay away. More

Never Trust I leased a car from Route 46 and Pedro was out sales person and as the car was not in lot he asked us to give a deposit of $500 so he can hold the car I leased a car from Route 46 and Pedro was out sales person and as the car was not in lot he asked us to give a deposit of $500 so he can hold the car for us and we agreed and made a deposit. finally we leased the next week and my monthly lease is $415 and they were suppose to refund the remaining $85 in next 5 business days from the deposit $500 they took and its been 38 days since I leased and never received my remaining amount and I call every other day to remind and they tell me that they will talk to finance team and give me an update. that never happened. In beginning as they talk very nice and use all sales tactics, I felt I got a really good deal but I didn't. Sales person is always a sales person but service after that sucks. More
