Excellent service I've been car shopping for a few months. I finally decided on a Dodge Durango. I went to one dealership and was told something completely different ab I've been car shopping for a few months. I finally decided on a Dodge Durango. I went to one dealership and was told something completely different about the vehicle I was interested in. Luckly, I gave it another shot at the RT 46 dealership in little falls. My sales rep. was Ricardo Matienzo and he did an excellent job. He actually knew what he was talking about when it came to the vehicle, unlike my first experience at the other dealership. Him along with the rest of the staff were very patient and always made me feel very comfortable. He made sure to keep in contact and worked hard to get me a great deal. I would def recommend this dealership and sales rep to anyone in search of a vehicle. I ended up walking away with new 2015 Dodge Durango Limited, and I absolutely live it! More

I was told by many to check out Route 46 CJD a few times, so I did just that. LISA PEREZ and DAVID CUGLIETTO made sure I was taken care of. Other salesman were impatient and wanted out of work on time. I am terribly picky when in reality, because of my credit situation, have no right to be; but these two stayed 2 and a half hours late nearing midnight to make sure I had a ride home that night with my new car. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are real human beings, they aren't rehearsed like most in the car business. I'm a first time buyer, they made it happen with respect and honesty and I can't thank them enough. No, I'm not being paid off to say this lol, I truly mean it and I'm hoping they both are still there for me when the time comes to re-arrange my vehicle situation. So needless to say, if you want a car, I highly suggest seeing Lisa and David. They are gems. Thank you guys! More
