We were actually skeptic to see if they will honor our truecar certificate and was already expecting a bit of haggling, but our sales rep, Bill M explained to us how truecar works and told us that price on our truecar certificate is the price we pay (which is a few thousand less). There was no price haggling at all which was a very refreshing car buying experience. It took us longer to fill out the paperwork than to agree on the price of the vehicle.
