He was able to explain thoroughlly all of my vehicle options. I will make a long story short here, but I left the dealership yesterday driving a brand new 2014 Jeep and could not have been happier. Absolutely the worst and unethical car dealership imaginable. I was shopping for a black 2013 Dodge Charger SE, and was called by a salesperson named Marsha inquiring about my interest to purchase th imaginable. I was shopping for a black 2013 Dodge Charger SE, and was called by a salesperson named Marsha inquiring about my interest to purchase this vehicle. She informed me that the car was in stock. I noticed that the car was not in their inventory listed on the dealer website (a red flag in hindsight), but she insisted it was, and recommended I visit the dealership to purchase. I repeatedly requested confirmation that the vehicle was available, because the dealership was located 90 minutes away from my home and didn't want to waste any time. She insisted that the car was in stock and for the price I was given by True Car. I decided to take the day off from work to make the visit. When I get there, a salesperson straightforwardly tells me that the car is not in stock. I was immediately angered for being lied to and the time wasted. But wait, it gets better. I ask to speak to a manager to voice my displeasure with the deceiving customer service. They the inform me that the car is in stock and will take me to view the vehicle. Another salesperson drives me to their lot, only to show me a Charger that was NOT the model I requested! I wanted the standard model, and the salesperson blankly informs me that this dealership doesnt sell standard models, all their cars come fully loaded or are more expensive models. I get driven back to the dealership, and was simply told "sorry". A MASSIVE waste of time from lying "professionals". DO NOT believe the 5 star reviews on here, those are written by employees. If you search thru the reviews, you will see similar reviews recounting terrible experiences. 2 other dealerships I visited afterwards even confirmed that this dealership is notorious for horrendous service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You've been warned. More
