I was referred to Gabriel Dominguez when looking for a new, used car. I went in and met with him and discussed my needs, what I was looking for and my price range. Mr. Dominguez looked at the cars that new, used car. I went in and met with him and discussed my needs, what I was looking for and my price range. Mr. Dominguez looked at the cars that I had found on our website and I believe he was very honest and straight forward as to which was the better car and had more value for what I was looking to spend. I loved this car from the minute we went for a test drive. He discussed all of the specifics of the car and continued to make sure that this is what I was looking for and that I was comfortable in this car and at no time ever felt like I was being pushed into this specific car. He was extremely patient and made it clear that if I didn't like this one, we could look at others. I told him how much my budget would allow me to spend and when the financing was done, my new payment was within the exact range that I had given. While waiting for the finance paperwork to go through he explained to me thoroughly the maintenance plan, showed me around the dealership, the service department and introduced me to everyone along the way, who were all extremely nice and courteous. This one of the most modern, cleanest dealerships I have ever been in. From the time I walked through the door to the minute I drove away with my new car, was a pleasure. I have been in other dealerships where I have sat around for hours waiting to finalize the deal. This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in a dealership and not only would I recommend Gabriel Dominguez as a salesman, but I would recommend the entire dealership to anyone I spoke with. I went to the dealership looking to lease a brand new Wrangler. Meeting sales representative Jennifer was very refreshing. Not only Jennifer has great communication skills which in my mind encompass ability to listen, follow up, respond to inquiries in a timely manner and a great sense of humor, she has also demonstrated a superb product knowledge including technical expertise. For example, one of the advices I was looking for was whether to go with a 3.21 or a 3.73 rear axle ratio. Having the vehicle in my possession for several days now I am extremely happy with the advice given to me. I have to mention that my Jeep Sahara had to be ordered because no dealer in the vicinity had the options, or the lack of thereof, I was looking for. While waiting for your vehicle is not an easy task, Jennifer made it easier by constantly updating me with the status of the order. Furthermore, the vehicle has arrived 2 weeks ahead of what I was originally told, which was a great surprise. And then, when it had just arrived, before being off-loaded Jennifer ran outside, snapped a picture and sent it over to me with a text message!!! Now, how many sales representatives would do something like that. What I also like about my experience with the dealership is that financial numbers we worked out prior to placing the order remained true one month later. Just because I already had a deposit with the dealership there was no attempt to skew the numbers later on. I love when people and businesses do what they say they will, which was clearly the case here. Moreover, the breakdown of numbers was transparent. I was shown dealer's invoice and explained where each part of my down payment is going. As a result, I am highly recommending the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and if you'll work with Jennifer I believe you'll have one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences. More

I would recommend this dealership probably as much as I would recommend most other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. My biggest recommendation is for any customer to stay vigilant and demand transparency when dealing with any dealership. What I don't like about most dealerships and this one was not an exception is lack of transparency when you sit down to sign all the documents. For example, one the forms they ask you to sign is resolution of disputes you may have with the dealership through an arbitration. If you do that you relinquish most of your right given to you by our legal system, i.e. you can no longer take them to court. I refused to sign that form. Then whole thing about lost key replacement program. You get enrolled as part of the purchase contract. The price you pay for it is already reflected in the contract and is exactly the amount it costs to replace a lost key. You see how you are being charged upfront for something that is unlikely to happen in the first place? Then there is extended liability coverage which is useless if you have full insurance coverage, which you most likely will have. I declined that one too. The problem is they just throw papers at you to sign telling you "it's just...." and when you start reading what you are signing you realize it's different from what they are telling you. Nevertheless, this is a decent dealership and they don't take things personally when you raise objections. Good luck and try to be vigilant. More

Also - 2 managers (Vinnie brought them into the conversation) told us they would honor the internet price for the vehicle even though we did not technically qualify for the doscount (very small print at the bottom of the internet page). Recent graduate - "had to graduate in the last 6 months to qualify". Don't know of colleges that have graduations in Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan or Feb so how can you qualify for this discount??? Internet price was never honored - all price discussions started out at the non-internet price which was $2k higher. Wasted 5 hours of our time - never again!! More

I am a fine print reader so I knew all the tricks before hand, and let me tell you, I bought a used car and without a doubt even with thei look for.
