2019 Dodge Ram 1500 I bought the car on January 3rd when I traded in my 2018 Dodge Durango. I received a call last week from Chrysler saying the lease has still not bee I bought the car on January 3rd when I traded in my 2018 Dodge Durango. I received a call last week from Chrysler saying the lease has still not been paid off. I have left 3 messages for my sales guy, 3 messages for the finance manager, and lastly left a message for the owner of the dealership yesterday 1/25 all have went unanswered. It is truly a shame because everything else leading up to not calling me back for over a week went great. Picking up the car doing all of the paperwork went smooth but now this no way I would ever do business with this dealership ever again after this lack of customer service. Management lead by example call customers back if you don't do it how can you expect your sales people and employees to follow suit. More

Horrible Experience Today For starters I had a preapproval notice from my current finance company. I was given a number and was told I was approved, paid my $1000 down payment, For starters I had a preapproval notice from my current finance company. I was given a number and was told I was approved, paid my $1000 down payment, after an hr of waiting I was told my current finance company does not want to buy my old car back and but I can get a brand new car. After coming home and checking credit karma and Also calling my current finance company to find out why they wouldn’t take the old car back, I then found out the dealership lied to me. They never ran my credit with the company that gave me the preapproval notice which was my current finance company. Why would you take a deposit from me and deceive me? More
