Awful Experience after 3 Months of buying my car My first rating was excellent but after just 4 months it has changed drastically. 👎👎👎VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE...WAS SOLD A LEMON...AND My first rating was excellent but after just 4 months it has changed drastically. 👎👎👎VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE...WAS SOLD A LEMON...AND LIED TO REPEATEDLY. I HAD TO BUY A NEW TIRE BECAUSE THE TIRE WAS DRY ROTTED & BLEW OUT...THE DETAIL PEOPLE PUT A BIG SCRATCH ON MY TRUNK & THEN TRIED TO PAINT OVER IT, BUT I DIDN'T NOTICE IT TILL A WK LATER BECAUSE I NEVER WENT TO THE TRUNK FOR ANYTHING BUT THAT EXPLAINED WHY THERE WAS WHITE PAINT IN MY BACK SEAT. NOW IT'S IN THE SHOP BECAUSE OT NEEDS A NEW TRANS & IT HAS LESS THAN 31,000 MILES ON IT...A LEMON FOR SURE. WORSE ORDEAL IN MY LIFE...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.👎👎👎 I brought a car from this place 4 months ago & I feel they sold me a lemon. It was suppose to ne a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle with a spectacular car fax, NOT!!! After taking my car on a trip to Va., immediately after pulling into the drve way & backing out, the car cut off on me 3 times. I thought it was just because of the long drive, etc. Well, the next day it did the same thing so, I called this place, where I purchased my car & I was told to take it to the nearest Nissan place & I did. I was informed there was a recall on the TCM (transmission control module) problem solved, NO, it kept stallung & turning off at every stop & wouldn't pull a hill. I took it back & 3 hrs later I was told I needed a new trans., imagine that, a new car that I just bought with a clean fax, Certified Pre- Owned, serviced, etc. So, I call this place again & inform them & was told that the service manager there was going to call Va because it sounded fishy & there's no way it could be the trans. Well needless to say they never called my car was in the shop 2 days of my wknd & I was furious. But God...I got up the next morning & prayed went & got my car & Prayed all the way back to Jersey. Called this place for service because I told them everything & how it was missing & stalling. I was given an appt for today but on Sat I smelled something burning on the car & the engine light came on. Took it for a diagnostic read out & it was the torque converter clutch. I called this place & I told them I was on my way there & when I got there, I was told to get in a line & wait, I did for almost 30 min & then was told to take it to the Nissan place so I did & yes I was furious. My car is now at the Nissan dealer & guess what...it needs a new trans., so the people at Valley Nidsan in Va were not trying to get over on me because I was from out of state, the only people who have gotten over on me is this place & trust me it is not over because God is my adversary & He will fight all my battles. I'll Never trust them again. More
DONT BUY FROM HERE they up my monthly payments, they up the money down, and within the first week, car is in for repairs for two day and today only 3 weeks a engine they up my monthly payments, they up the money down, and within the first week, car is in for repairs for two day and today only 3 weeks a engine light comes on Finance guy is crazy... dont know his name ,, he told me it was 4 by 4, even wrote it down and they took money out of my credit card today and it was suppose to come out on Apr 3rd More

H.O.R.R.E.N.D.O.U.S!! Absolutely horrendous customer service from the day I bought my Jeep. I bought my Jeep and had it special ordered. RJ told me that they would have the paperwork ready for me when I got there and would be there for about 1/2 hr. 4.5 hrs later, there I still sat. RJ was no where to be found, the messed up my paperwork, and a few weeks later I received a call regarding MVC. They messed up my registration and license plates completely. I have had nothing but issues with their service department. Two areas on my (less than one year old) Jeep have paint coming off. Rt 46 keeps saying they wont do anything about it. I have brought my car in for two oil changes since I bought the Jeep. The last time (Oct 4, 2016) I mentioned an issue with one of my windows. They took pictures and told me they would call me back to see if it was covered under warranty. On Oct 31st I finally called them back and they told me they had no record of my service! After days of digging and me calling back multiple times, they found my records. As I sit on hold with the dealership right now on November 18th I am still waiting for the parts and for someone to actually take initiative and follow up with these issues. If I can recommend one thing when you get to Rt 46....it would be to RUN!!!! More

Terrible last 6 months. This place only cares about you when you are not yet their customer. Once they make you their customer they don't care about you at all. So far I was given a warranty that no one told me started 90 DAYS after purchasing the vehicle so I had to pay nearly $200 out of pocket TWICE now for something I was told was covered. Any time you go in with a problem no matter how nice you are they shrug you off and make you some one else's problem. For example before leaving for vacation almost two weeks ago my boyfriend and I took my car over. We asked if it was possible for me to leave my car with them to get a new tire (there was a bubble on it) and my sunroof fixed because it came out of alignment. They said "Absolutely!" I told them about my warranty, they looked it up and said I was completely covered. I also asked if I would be able to pick it up on Memorial Day when I came home considering I had work the next day. They said "No problem!" After a 14 hour drive home yesterday I walk in to the dealer ship to get told by the floor manager "Sorry. Not my problem." In front of a bunch of salesmen. I felt COMPLETELY embarrassed. Every one except one woman made me feel crazy, when I was told everything would be fine and to not worry. Then I was told if I want MY car back I have to pay them and they would refund me the money tomorrow. SURPRISE! Went in today for the refund and got "Sorry I never checked to see if you had the warranty, totally my fault, you'll get your money back in a week" Oh, so who is going to help me pay my bills this week Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge? I have yet to have ONE good experience there and with my family owning a company if employees EVER made a customer feel the way the sales manager made me feel last night they would get ripped apart but again.. customers don't actually matter to this place.
