Service dept needs major improvement I was in for multiple recalls and an oil change. All but one recall happened because one is t fixable as of yet. The oil change did not happen at all I was in for multiple recalls and an oil change. All but one recall happened because one is t fixable as of yet. The oil change did not happen at all even though when the appointment was made I requested that be included. I now have to schedule yet another appointment to get that done. Looking forward to the at least 10-15 minute hold time to get that appointment made. If the service wasn't included in my contract, I would not return. Sorry guys, you need much improvement. More

Dave took the time to get to know me and then asked me the concerns I had about my ram 1500. While I sat in the customer waiting area Dave came in and gave me progress updates on my truck. It is rare in today's world that an individual takes that amount of time Dave did to make sure I was happy and comfortable while I was waiting. When my truck was finished the mechanic "Buzz" and Dave both took the time and explained what was serviced. All I can say is outstanding and thank you !!! More
