The most deceptive dealer I have ever experienced The first thing I noticed is that Yelp flagged them for giving themselves reviews (in violation of federal law). I confirmed this with Google reviews as most of the reviewers are fictitious having given only a single review. We saw a good price on a Nissan Kix. It was listed as "Certified Preowned". The sales person confirmed it on the phone. When we went to buy it, he pointed out that it is "Pre-certified preowned" and that if we wanted it certified, we would have to pay another $950. We refused and wanted the car with its original warranty. Then, in financing, the finance guy through in a $995 "prep" fee. He said that everyone pays a prep fee for used cars. I refused, so he removed it, but I am certain that they cheat a lot of people who don't have the confidence to say it is just an attempt to cheat the customer. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I have never encountered a more dishonest dealership. More
