My car Had to scratches on it I was promised that they was gonna paint it. They never painted it and the price on a vehicle was $23,700 I put $15,000 down they finance the rest of the money with the bank was gonna paint it. They only make me sign sign. They sign that two weeks later I got a phone call from the bank saying that I owe them $18,000 what was crazy amount so I called I complain I went back. I was gonna give the car back and Sam from the finance department promised me I was only pay $14,000 to the bank. That was a second line so you make me change my mind and keep the vehicle. The bank called me and tell me I owe them $18,600 and some change lies after lies unbelievable. So disrespectful with citizen families I feel ripped off they never fix my car paint out what I’m not supposed to owe. Sam never called me back. Nick never call me back. Nobody call me back. They don’t answer in my calls. That’s a shame shame. Shameless. More

Nancy was very nice and courteous, but when it came time to go over numbers, she brought in Bernard who proceeded to not honor the advertised price and lowball the value of my trade.
