Spoke to young lady in advance and invited to come see used cars. Upon arrival, no one smiling. Salesman reluctantly led me to the nice lady. Told her just need transporation for under 20K. She comes back with a young man who insists I take a ride in a new car. Refuse saying just want to see the advertised specials. Lady leaves the building. He comes back again urging me to test drive another new car. Asked price, tells me he is not a salesman. Tell him nothing personal and sure the car runs well, but here for a used car requesting to speak with the manager. He comes out without introducing himself offering help without a smile. I show him the advertised car on my cell phone. Sarcastically he replies you don't have to put it in my face. Respond are you going to show me this car, yes or no? Directs me to door exclaiming in earshot of all staff and customers alike, I won't be disrespected. Saying as I leave, you're not being disrespected, you are just too defensive. Horrible! More

That is what they are really good at. If you can afford to buy a $75,000 car and be treated like you bought a 1984 Isuzu, you should come here. Fortunately, I can afford to make a stupid mistake like this. I traded in a 2025 Tucson for a leased KONA mainly to pay off the financing on the Tucson. Nine days later, there was no sign of the payoff, not even in the “pipeline” according to Hyundai Finance AND I was off the financing on the Tucson. When I called the dealer to complain - they would not let me speak with anyone in finance so I went to the dealership. They were ready for me and told me that they had JUST NOW made the payoff but they normally do not do that for two weeks or more. I asked if they told me that the day of the transaction and they said no that was not disclosed. I am applying for a mortgage – the lack of the payoff and the delinquent payment is not good for that. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new car. They were fast, efficient and I loved the first car I drove and looked at. Everything was done in just 2 hours. Drove off the lot happy. They also scheduled a window tint install because it was part of the package and had not been done yet. The car arrived the same morning. Victory Landry was awesome! She told me about all the features, and some more I didn’t know about until we were test driving the car. I was impressed by her professionalism and desire to get me what I wanted. I was also able to speak with the owner and he was very understanding about a very small issue with the plastic on the edge of the trunk lid. and the overall cleanliness (Lack of) upon receiving the car. It will all be corrected at the same time the tint is installed. I will continue to buy from them in the future. More

She passed me along to Fred and gave him the information on my trade. This was all done either through text and phone calls. We settled on the trade allowance and price of vehicle before my arrival. Upon arrival I was me t by Whitt who handled the sale from this point on. He took my keys for my trade and inspected it. From here Hannah handled the paperwork and finance work with no pressure to take any additional purchases. Whitt took me to my car after it came out from being prepped and went over the vehicles features. All in all a great sale from start to Finish. No haggling and no I have to talk to the sales manager first. Best experience I have had in a car dealership in a long time. More
